What I’m especially glad to receive

Corrections. If a number is wrong, a link is dead, or a rule changed and I missed it, tell me. I’d rather be corrected than be wrong in public. Include the URL and what’s off, and I’ll fix it and date the change.

Questions I haven’t answered. If you searched for something and couldn’t find a straight answer anywhere, that’s useful to know. A lot of what gets written here starts as someone else’s unanswered question.

Your experience. Tried a tool I reviewed and had a different result? Filed something and hit a snag I didn’t mention? That’s the kind of detail that makes this site worth reading.

I can’t give you individual tax, legal, or financial advice. Not because I don’t want to help — because doing it responsibly requires seeing your full situation, and doing it irresponsibly could cost you real money. For anything consequential, talk to a CPA or an attorney licensed in your state.
